But if you like to be kept up to date about new designs and shop additions, you can subscribe to our email newsletter. We’ll send approximately 4 times a year, so no irritating spam from us!

This webshop is a Wordpress based website, using the Shopp-plugin. The developers of the Shopp-plugin state: With support for SSL security, transaction information is encrypted during processing and no credit card information is stored on your website to ensure your shoppers’ safety. Transaction processing is one of the most rigorously tested features of the project for reliable transactions every time. Shopp utilizes built-in WordPress security features to help safeguard against hackers.
When using iDeal, the payment is done within the secure online environment of your bank.
BeardedBirdie.com can not be held accountable for security breaches within these third party payment services (eg. iDeal or Paypal) .


Shipping
After completing your order, a conformation e-mail will be sent to you. We aim to process your order within 3-5 working days for delivery in The Netherlands. International orders may take longer. We use TNT-post for shipping/sending all our products to your doorstep.
We ship most of our product to all over the world. The shipping cost will vary per country. At the Check-out we’ll have shipping options for; the Netherlands, Europe, or countries outside Europe.
Shipping outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. These charges are to be paid by the purchaser.


Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Email us at info@beardedbirdie.com to notify us of a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
